Ordering

When will my order ship?

Most of our pieces are made to order, which means your item is created especially for you after your order is placed. This helps us be thoughtful with what we make and avoid unnecessary waste.

Please allow a few days for your order to be made before it ships.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

After your order has been made, shipping usually takes two to three weeks depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Because each piece is made to order, we are not able to accept returns for sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

Do you offer exchanges?

Since each item is made specifically for your order, exchanges are not always available.

However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at missions@byfaithco.shop, and we will help make it right.

Collections & Community

Can I request a design or verse?

Yes, we love hearing your ideas.

We have already created pieces for a few people; some were made just for them, and others became designs we added to the website. If there is a verse, phrase, or idea that has been on your heart, we would love to hear it.

We also love creating designs that offer support, encouragement, or meaning during a specific season. If your idea has a personal story, cause, fundraiser, or community behind it, please let us know. We love finding ways to give, support, and be part of what God is doing through your community.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We may bring back certain pieces, but some designs may only be available for a season or collection. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it while it is available.

Are your pieces limited?

Some of our pieces are limited, especially designs that are part of a seasonal collection or special drop. Our basics may return more often, but collection pieces may only be available for a certain time.
